The largest renewable energy infrastructure project in U.S. history, SunZia brings together 3,650 megawatts of wind generation and more than 550 miles of high-voltage transmission infrastructure spanning New Mexico and Arizona.
Working alongside Lens Media House across productions for Pattern Energy and Vestas, including the Built to Believe campaign, I helped shape and deliver the still-photography coverage: documenting the people, environments, and extraordinary scale of this project.
The resulting visual essay brings together production photography, environmental portraits, and collaboratively produced aerial imagery to reveal both the magnitude of the infrastructure and the extraordinary human effort behind it.
