New Mexico United
For roughly five seasons, I documented New Mexico United from the inside: matchday intensity, supporter culture, and community moments built for social, web, and brand storytelling.
Role: Team Photographer (Contract) — 2019-2024
Scope:
Matchday stills, atmosphere, supporter culture, community events, and “in-the-wild” marketing placements across web + social.
What I covered:
• Matchday action + celebrations
• Supporter culture (flags, smoke, rituals, identity)
• Community + fan moments (the “this is NM” heartbeat)
• Select marketing-ready frames (banner compositions / promo assets)
Visual priorities:
• Identity first: fans, flags, smoke, hands-on-heart moments
• Energy second: tackles, tunnel moments, celebrations
• Design-friendly frames: negative space + banner-ready compositions
In the wild
A small sample of real placements pulled from the archive. Desktop/web banners, promos, programs, and printed pieces.
New Mexico United — INAUGURAL Season
New Mexico United’s inaugural run gave the state something real to rally around—an identity moment that lived in the stands as much as on the pitch. Here are a few frames from 2018–2019 that still feel like the beginning of something.
If you’re building a sports brand, culture platform, or community-first campaign: I don’t just shoot coverage — I help shape the story people feel. Let’s build something people rally around.
