Autumn in Yosemite
Shortly after summer, I had decided I was going to visit Yosemite before the year was over. As a kid I had always wanted to go. So I saved some money and booked a flight as soon as I could. Before I knew it, my friend Julio was picking me up from the airport in Sacramento. We drove overnight and managed to see sunrise driving through Tioga Pass and down into the valley...and the rest is history folks.
For 11 days I was fortunate enough to call Yosemite, home. Eager to explore as much of the Park as I could, I car camped with friends, rode every single shuttle, lived at Camp 4 for a bit, and sampled every restaurant, deli, grocery store I came across. I set aside about $6oo for all my expenses and surprisingly it lasted the whole trip. I made so many lasting memories, and enjoyed the company of some great friends. I took thousands of photos but here are just a few of my favorites. (Okay maybe a lot, it was almost two weeks! Give me a break.)
